Understand client's staffing requirements
Search and review resumes from our vast database of candidates as well as via
various job boards
Develop a list of potential candidates based on requirements
Conduct technical and soft skills interviews with potential candidates
Short list candidates based on results of the interviews
Check references
Conduct background checks for selected candidates
Submit candidates to client
Sign contracts
Conduct regular follow-up with the client and consultant to evaluate
performance
