experience in IT consulting, software programming and product development for
unified messaging, hosted communications and CRM and Sales Force Automation
systems.
Peter Champaneria, CFO
Peter Champaneria provides an in-depth knowledge of corporate financing and is
integral to COA Consulting's success by responding to the ever-changing needs
of the company and industry. He has more than 25 years of business experience,
including owning and operating a number of successful businesses.
Alexey Aksyonenko, Director of Information Technology
Alexey Aksyonenko manages technology strategy and development for COA
Consulting, defines the company's technical vision and ensures that advanced
technology is appropriately adopted. He has more than 10 years of industry
experience, including heading IS/IT divisions for a number of major European
companies, and a background that includes telephony and client/server
technologies, as well as and design and architecture of robust,
data-driven web-based applications and databases that support them.
Carol Wasserman, Director of Software Development
Carol Wasserman is responsible for the overall quality and management of COA
Consulting's software products. She is highly experienced in Quality Assurance,
Business/Systems Analysis and Team Management, and has held positions that
include Programmer, Business Analyst, Software Tester and Quality Assurance
Manager.
Venkat Kuppa, Director of Offshore and Project Development
Venkat Kuppa manages new client development for COA Consulting, including
defining projects and identifying solutions. He has more than 20 years of
experience in business development and managing software development, and has
led software teams in the U.S., Malaysia, Singapore and India.
Aaron Gerber, Sales and Marketing Manager
Aaron Gerber is responsible for COA Consulting's new business development
strategies and overseeing the expansion into new global markets. With more than
15 years of entrepreneurial experience, Gerber is well-versed in
implementation, management, leadership and client relations.
Lisa Mahon, Business Analyst Manager
Lisa Mahon leads the team responsible for creating the extensive documentation
for COA Consulting's project requirements, rules and user interfaces, and plays
a pivotal leadership role in the discovery process. She has 20 years of
professional experience and a strong background in analysis, technical writing,
training and management.
Darren Murphy, Operations Manager
Darren Murphy manages the daily operations for COA Consulting, including
defining and documenting requirements, monitoring progress and service quality,
and acting as liaison between clients and team members. He has extensive
experience in a myriad of areas including telephony, voice and data T1s, OC3,
Microsoft SQL Server, hardware and client machines, sound editing software,
contracts, vendor relations, customer service and purchasing.
Vlad Preoteasa, Network Manager
Vlad Preoteasa is responsible for managing and directing the COA Consulting data
center and network services. Under his leadership and direction, the data
center has grown into a world-class facility that provides clients with
unlimited scalability, enhanced security, fault tolerance and redundancy.
